Connecting a DropCam using a Chromebook

I do not have a Windows or a Mac Computer. I only have a Chromebook. I have a DropCam that I would like to set up on Nest. How do I do that with a Chromebook?

If you are asking about using the Google Home app on a Chromebook? Then the Chromebook needs to be able to install android apps.
