Nest doorbell won’t lock

Doorbell will won’t lock into to the holder all of a sudden. Because of this I am not getting notification when someone is seen by the camera. I checked all the settings and notification on the app and the phone with no luck. Only had it for 4 months

Having similar issue. Unable to lock the camera into place after removing it for charging.

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry that you have to experience this. Do you have a Nest Hello doorbell(wired) or the Nest Doorbell battery? Could you please send us a photo of how you installed your Nest Doorbell? So I could check how it's installed? For your setup guide please check this article.
