Google home hub max camera wont go on, it was working until nest charged me for monitoring

my home hub max camera was working until july 21, now the icon on the right side has a camera with a line through it and google tells me the camera is off, i have tried everything in my settings to fix it, i have reset my router, and rebooted the hub maz, i have gone into google home settings and nest settings im so frustrated because now when i leave i cant see the live video

What happens when you swipe up from the bottom of your Nest Hub Max's screen to display apps and controls, and you click on the "Camera" icon to turn on the camera? Do you get any error message? Nothing at all?

It says your camera has been turned off, I’ve tried everything to turn it on, I called support and they told me it was on their end and they are trying to fix it, I’m pretty sure I am not the only one experiencing this, so frustrating I can’t monitor when I’m gone
