Doorbell overheated and shot off.

My Nest doorbell overheated and went offline and I can’t it it back online.

When it overheated I turned it off from the power supply to let it cool down.

Any advise?

I reset the nest Hello and nothing took it out for about 10 hours just re installed and immediately got hot again. Please even if I don't respond right away still give me the answer because you guys take so long to answer that people forget that they even asked for help that you guys end up closing the issue and mark it as solved. There's a lot of people with the same issue but there's not an answer. Thank you so much.
