Camera initiates but within a few seconds goes blank with message “camera unavailable” and live video unavailable”. Could this be a wifi issue?

I'm sorry for the delay. Let's see what's going on — could you tell us when it started happening? Were there any changes to the Wi-Fi network? Did you receive any notifications? Also, have you tried any troubleshooting steps to fix this? Keep us posted.
