My nest Yale lock doesn’t play any sound when entering the passcode and when it locks and unlock. I placed the volume up high and nothing.. need help

Thanks for visiting the Community. I'm sorry to hear that and for the delayed response. Let's get this sorted — a few questions: when did the issue start? Are the batteries fresh? Also, what's the status light of your lock?

Going over the steps here might help:

Try restarting your lock by removing one of the batteries. Wait 20 seconds. Then, put the battery back in.
Replace the batteries, if you received a low battery alert, use a fresh set of standard AA batteries. Don't use rechargeable batteries with your lock.
If all else fails, factory reset your Nest x Yale lock.
