Can you tell me how to retrieve recording from 1.30pm today. It is now 7.05pm . History is telling me there is no history, but there was at 3.00pm

Do you have a Nest aware subscription?

Without a Nest aware subscription you will get 3hrs of event based recording.

Have a look at the Google Nest help center link below for more information.

And the 3 hours of event-based recording applies to events that occurred during the most recent 3 hours, NOT 3 hours worth of events. This is not clear from some of the marketing statements.
