Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I can imagine it has been surprising not being able to view your saved footage and events. It sounds like you do not have a Nest Aware subscription.

Were you on the Nest Aware trial before?
Or did you have a Nest Aware subscription that has lapsed?
You can learn how to sign up again here.
Unfortunately you will not get the footage that was lost. It will only start recording once the service has been added back to your account.
