How to set a custom quick response message?

There are 3 preset quick responses that I can send when responding to my doorbell. The preset messages are not useful to me, how can I change them? I want to create my own preset quick response messages.

Unfortunately, you are unable to make your own Quick Responses. You can however, use the talk feature to talk to them directly if you wish to say something different;
