I purchased my Nest Cam outdoor 3 pack cameras and there are no secure loops included.

When we bought our Google Nest Camera (Battery), Google Nest wasn't including secure loops with the camera.

This help page, under "Use the secure loop", has a "please contact us" link to request a secure loop if you didn't get one in the box:

I tried using the contact link and selected callback (chat had a 2 hour wait). The first callback resulted in 5 disconnected callbacks, so I went through the contact link again and successfully ordered a secure link. It came the following day!
