The battery in my nextcam isn't charging what is the solution ?

Other customers in this forum have also reported issues being unable to charge the Google Nest Camera (Battery) with the charging cord that comes with the camera. Some have gotten replacements because either the camera or the cord turned out to be defective. We've had a Google Nest Camera (Battery) for a year, plugged in all the time with the optional power cord and it stays charged and "Live" all the time.

Make sure the USB charging cord is plugged into the camera with the cord feeding towards the FRONT of the camera.

The Google support team wasn't able to fix my problem however , my camera will be replaced. I am happy.
