Sound notifications on iPhone

I just installed a nest doorbell through my security company ADT.
the camera works and i can see notifications come up on my screen but I get no sound alert so unless I am looking at my phone I don’t know if someone is at my door leaving a package if they don’t ring the doorbell.
how do I add sound?? I have all notifications enabled in settings on my general settings ->notifications->Google home->enabled all notifications.
I also have an iwatch and am not seeing notifications appear and I have enabled notifications for Google home on iwatch app as well. What am I missing.

Hey there,

I am terribly sorry to hear that you're having this issue with your Nest camera! I'm sure it's frustrating, but I'm happy to look into this and see how we can help out. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. By doing this, it should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
