my doorbell identified one of my sons. I registered it as a familiar face. now when my second son rings, he is identified as the first. I can't make the 2 identities as unique person. How to solve this problem ?

I'm having the same problem. Best suggestion is to leave the team a feature request through their feedback feature. You can find this within the Home app.
