      <title>Substandard Service</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Support on Nest products is substandard. Requested a call and my phone rings once then they hang up. &amp;nbsp;The request for help shows that they contacted me. &amp;nbsp;I did this three times. &amp;nbsp;Tried calling and was instructed to login to some websites to verify my account. &amp;nbsp;I just want to talk to someone. &amp;nbsp; If I can’t get any help the hole system will be put in the trash. &amp;nbsp;It’s installed in a house we just purchased. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/221457"&gt;@Dfyfe&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It might depend on where the Support person is calling from. I had a case where the Support person's voice kept cutting off and she said she was having problems with her "network". The call was dropped 4 times and she never called back after that, so I had to log a new request for a callback; that one worked.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
