nest camera looping footage

Hello, is it possible for someone that has serious knowledge of computers like writing codes ect.. to be able to manipulate the nest cameras i have in my home, they are also on the home so have full access, i have watched the footage and then it repeats itself all while the time stamp is not moving at all. The date is also a day behind on said footage, please offer any advice.

Thank you for bringing up the concern you're experiencing! I would love to look into this further for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
