Doorbell won't update

Doorbell got offline, needed to reset the doorbell to re-connect but now it gets stuck on update. After 15 minutes still 0%. Tried a new home, 10 times factory reset, no update and then then message "something went wrong".

After about 15 times full reset prcedure I got lucky and doorbell got through the update. Works again.
