I'm trying to reset the password in the web version of Google nest. I have clicked on the forgot password button several times over the last 24 hours and still nothing. Not in the regular folder, spam, trash, etc. I can go in the app and laptop version and see everything but I need to view the footage on my phone via the web version. What gives? I need to be able to view the web version when we are out of state. Can someone PLEASE help me!!!

When accessing the home.nest.com website for a browser view of your Google Nest cameras, you use the same username and password you use when logging onto the Google Nest app.
