door bell peeling and not recording my avents , avents freezing

I’ve noticed that they is a flaw in this nest hello door bell I’ve bought a silicon cover but it’s still peeling camera goes off line constantly, and now ive noticed my streaming of avents are freezing and not showing movement it’s an a expensive door bell not happy
