Nest Outdoor Camera Power Supply needed

Is it possible to get a replacement power adapter and cord for the Nest Outdoor Camera (not IQ)? My camera won’t power up and part of the USB connection is black.

To the best of my knowledge if you camera is out of warranty then Nest will not sell any replacement parts. A few people on this forum have reported they have used this one and it works. However it is not rated for outdoor.
