I noticed I have a bad halo on my NEST Doorbell wired during night viewing. Is this normal? Thanks

We get that just on the Google Nest Outdoor Camera on our garage; I thought it was due to the infrared light reflecting from the white siding on the garage, maybe in combination with the city light in the alley. Daytime viewing is great.

I returned the doorbell with the halo, and now I can not add the new doorbell to the system. Getting NC016 code, I believe because the doorbell is trying to connect to other devices to complete the setup and is not able to? Now what?

I had this once and my only solution was to turn off every other device; thermostat, protect, etc. That way there was no other device to detect.
