Nest Outdoor Camera - Won't Power On

Hi! Absolutely LOVE my nest cameras and have for years. Recently, one of them powered off and got disconnected and for the life of me, I can't get it to turn back on. Do these have fuses that blow and need to be changed? Or internal hardware that can go bad? What are some things that might cause this and are there any workarounds or warranties for this? Thanks in advance!

I have the same problem, have tried swapping power plugs, checking cables and doing a factory reset but it is still dead.

how do we contact google to get some help?

I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be. I would love to help you find a solution to this issue. Just checking to see what you have tried so far:

Do you see any status lights on the camera?
Have you tried using any other power cord, or tested a different outlet?
What troubleshooting steps have you done thus far besides what was stated here?
