      <description>&lt;P&gt;We signed up for a Nest Aware Subscription, paid a month in advance, and when we try to access it on our phones, it says we do not have the subscription. It looks like a lot of people are having this problem, please advise how we make this work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am also having this problem. I have subscribed. It is an active subscription. But I don't have any of the frills to actually use the subscription I am paying for. Another Google mess. Probably linked to having multiple accounts in a house (who'd think, in a house that has an income to support the ever expensive Google products, more than one person might live in the house). The entire Google home/nest product set is so bizarrely fragmented it makes little sense to anyone outside of Google itself.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
