No sound/audio when downloading clip to device for Nest cam indoor 2nd gen wired

The video clips that are recorded in the google home app, sometimes have audio in the app history and sometimes don't have audio, and when saving/downloading the clip to library the recorded video doesn't have audio.

I understand how having no sound may be frustrating, and I'm happy to assist you with this. Are you using the Nest app or Google Home app when you're trying to access these videos? Have you tried to restart the device since you first noticed this?

Hey Richard203,

Thanks for giving us an update. Let’s get this sorted — what troubleshooting steps have you done so far? Try enabling your sound notifications in the Google Home app.

Here’s how:

Open the Google Home app.
Tap Settings.
Select Notifications.
Choose the notification type you want to change > tap the Toggle to turn the notification on or off.
