Cannot add my nest cam

I’ve tried restarting my phone and rebooting my cam for several times now and it WILL NOT CONNECT/ add to my Google home. I do not understand why the nest process is so ridiculously long and useless. My other camera brands process is so much easier. I already have 3 other nest cams installed so I don’t see the issue why one cam doesn’t connect.

Hello Nestcamsucks1,

I know how important it is to add your Nest camera to your Google Home App and I really wanted to help you with this. To confirm, what is the light status of your Nest camera? What type of Nest camera do you have?

Try resetting your Nest cam to the factory default. Make sure that it has a pulsing blue light, indicating that it's ready to be paired.
