Nest Cam Outdoor Battery constantly connected to a power supply

Hi,

I know for some devices that have rechargeable batteries, it is not advisable to keep them always changing. Is it ok to use keep the Nest Cam Outdoor battery constantly connected to a power supply?

My intention is to mount the cameras and connect them to an outdoor power supply located on the Wasserstein 3-in-1 Floodlight.
