      <description>&lt;P&gt;My doorbell and camera worked great for the first couple months and now neither will connect to the wi fi. I've rebooted the router, Uninstalled the Google app n re installed but the camera and doorbell will not connect. Any suggestions or help or tech support will be appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No haven't changed anything, doorbell n camera will not connect to the wifi. I've even factory restored both of them and still nothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have a quick question before diving in deeper. How far is the camera from the router? Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the camera? What is the light status of your Nest camera?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Give these steps a try:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;After &lt;A href="https://goo.gle/36Qq9cq" target="_blank"&gt;resetting&lt;/A&gt; your Nest camera and Nest doorbell to the factory default, you must remove them from the Google Home App then add it again.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Just to isolate the issue, try using your mobile hotspot and connect it.&lt;/LI&gt;
