My second outdoor battery nest camera has arrived today and unlike the first there is no security loop in the box, how do I get one ASAP please, disappointed there wasn't one in the box this time

Google Nest says it is providing security loops for cameras that shipped without one.

We didn't get one with our Google Nest Camera (Battery) 14 months ago, and when I contacted Support a couple of months ago, I received a security loop within a few days.

Superb service from Google to rectify the missing loop, contacted them via phone yesterday and one arrived today.

Bravo Google this is one reason I love your kit, the after service that comes with the quality.
