Camera of Google doorbell battery wire not working

i install my doorbell and during process I could see image of the camera.
The Chime of the house is ringing when someone push the button. But I do not receive any other notification on my phone.
Further more I can not see image of the camera.
application tell me to re place the product on his mount toll.

Thanks for posting here in the community and I'm sorry to hear if you're not receiving notification from your phone. To know more about this, I'd like to ask some questions: Is the Nest doorbell online?

Give these steps a try:

Try turning off and on the push notification from your app.
Try it from a different device (phone or tablet).
Go to the settings of your phone and look for the Google Home app and check if the notification is toggled on.

I noticed that i was missing the metal flat suport in the original parcel.
I found one and it works perfectly now
