Missing chime connector

I purchased the Google Nest Doorbell (wired) - Smart Wi- Fi Video Doorbell Camera from Home Depot and the electrician tells me it’s missing the chime connector. How do I order it?

If you're referring to the Nest Doorbell gen 2 (wired), there should have been a chime connector puck, if you are missing this puck, please fill out this support form, and a higher tier of support will reach out to you with next steps. Hello,

I submitted the form the same day and just again now. Yesterday I also replied via email with the serial number in an attached picture. Please let me know if anything else is needed to ship the chime connector ASAP.
