The Google Home app installation instructions say "make sure that you select Nest Cam with Floodlight" when prompted for product but that DOES NOT EXIST in the app.

I am terribly sorry to hear that you are having issues with the installation of your Nest Cam with Floodlight (wired). I would love to look into this issue further for you and see what is going on. I am sure this has been quite frustrating for you to handle, when all you want to do is get it installed. I would make sure to go through the Installation Guide for the Nest Cam w/Floodlight. Go through it, see if it helps you out with the installation process. If you run into further issues, please let me know and we can look into other options.

I've looked at the installation guide and it says what it says, i.e. "Make sure that you select Nest Cam with Floodlight" under Set up device, then New devices then after "Looking for devices" I select Camera and there are only 3 entries - Nest Cam (Battery), Nest Cam (wired) and Other Nest cameras which takes you to the Nest app. So where is the option for Nest Cam with Floodlight?

Pick the Next Cam Battery, then after that, it gives you the option of Floodlight or single. I installed 5 of them around the house. As for your previous post about separating the base from the mount... good luck! You'll cuss for about 30 mins. until you get all those tabs separated!!
