Nest Doorbell Chimes Not Available

Hello,

the option to select a doorbell chime disappeared from the settings in the app. Can someone please assist?

Apparently Google enables/disables this option automatically around holiday times.

Personally, I find this frustrating. Why not allow the owner to decide if they want a theme?

I did read somewhere is would only be available for non wired version but it did appear for Halloween but then disappeared like a ghost in the night. Hopefully it will reappear in time for Christmas. Who knows?

It's December 1st and mine is still giving a Halloween sound. How do I change the ring back to regular?

There is a line in the settings to turn it off. When it gets taken away like mine was the option disappears.

I can't talk you through it as mine is not there.

Google giveth and taketh away.

I have the original wired Hello doorbell and not currently seeing any theme options either. I haven't heard anything about this year's themes but they are typically sent out around this time of year.

Hey! What’s weird is for Thanksgiving, we had the Turkey Gobble option but nothing else. Then that went away and we have nothing. Not sure why Google has to control this differently.

As of today (Dec. 1), seasonal themes are now available in the Google Nest app for our Google Nest Hello Doorbells.
