Bluetooth not connecting

Help. I have a wired nest doorbell that I cannot get connected to Bluetooth. I’ve tried to do the factory reset but it did not work. What can I do. I got a new router and need to update the info so my doorbell will work. I keep getting g the NC 023 error. Please help

Hello, I believe this is a known bug in the system that has yet to be fixed. I think some people have gotten around it by using a different phone to add the device back. If you can, install the app on another phone and make sure you use the exact same gmail account to log in on the app.

If this fails then try speaking to a Google Nest tech. You can get someone on the phone but opening a support ticket and then it will leave you to a way to talk to a tech. Here is the link:
