Nest Cam Won't charge while mounted

One of my outdoor cameras will not charge while mounted. I know the outlet is good, as well as the cable. Once I take it down it's starts charging fine. My other camera does not have this issue and charges fine while mounted, using the same cord. Please help.

I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. When did it start happening? Is this your first time installing your camera? Could you send us a photo of what's happening so I can take a closer look?
