If you have mechincal chime currently of your old doorbell you sometimes use this.

Check out THIS compatibility checker.

I have a Nest Hub in the living room which gives video stream and notifications.
Same like my phone, this gives notifications by using the Home app. 😊

Get a Nest Mini or Nest Hub and turn on the "Visitor announcements" option in Settings for your doorbell:
