Doorbell announcements of familiar face

When a Familiar face rings the doorbell, it doesn't announce them by name out loud. It just says "Someone is at the door" vs "Mary is at the door"- contrary to product materials.

This happens to me too sometimes, but it is normal. It just means the camera didn't get a good look at who was ringing the doorbell and it couldn't tell who it was.
