"Spaces" used to work...

After resetting everything and reinstalling app,turns out its the "spaces" option to view my cameras...It no longer works when on...only gives me the blue spinning update circle...but when off it will show me icons of locations,allowing me to select...anyone run into this before?..

Well.thanks for that..maybe its not us....i try turning spaces on n off..if image shows while on,it also has the blue spinning wheel...so i turn off n use icon images for now...

I have the same issue, yesterday the blue spinning update started and has not stopped while in "spaces" view. I have reinstalled, turned off for 5 mins, reseated sim card, still the same issue. Did you find a resolution? I spoke with Nest support and was told there are no issues at this time? My device is a Android Pixel 4a/5g. My wife has no issue with her Apple device???

Ouch..after typing a huge reply,it said undeliverable....short answer,no...i turned spaces off for now...

Tried reset modem/switch/wifi ap's.....tried uninstall/reinstall app...re-initialize cameras(ladder n cellphone in hand)...settings in app....if this is permanent,i will dump cameras n vote with my $$ elsewhere,i will sell these to recoup costs as much as possible...all good things come to an end....

They do make it difficult to find/reply to these...click your username,find reply,submit...may help....

I installed google home app to see what it would do..its a different platform(it sux for us nest app people)...but after selecting camera page,all cams load up.....but,but..its not for us,as you cant view camera timeline/history,etc....by the time it takes me to open app,select that camera,see large view of my cam,see whats up,i could be dead.easier to grab personal protection and wait for door to jiggle...

Looks as if my Pixel 4a5g is the issue. My wife has no issues with her Apple, so we swapped sim cards last night and my device still had the same problem. When I have time, I will reset device to factory and reload. Hope that fixes the issue!

Same issue as well. Samsung S10+ running Android 12. The Google "Home" app works fine but doesn't have the same powers as the Nest app with my older cameras. Is there a way to tag a Google admin?

Who knows,there's no accountability any more...I"ve tried more troubleshooting than most,to save a headache..Its not your setup,equipment,hardware,or software,its above and beyond...If you find a remedy,post up....

Same for me spaces have not been working for the past few days nothing I have tried to fix it but it works on my wife's phone but not mine

Yep, my wife's phone works, but we both have Samsung phones, just different models. But running the same version of the nest app 5.70.0.9 on both phones! Frustrating!

You cant tell me they dont know this is happening.More frustrating us that our only way to communicate is thru a forum...Wishing I put in an actual system,personalized by me,for me,without corporate monitoring...Well,post any remedies here.Good luck,first to figure it out wins a bottle of whiskey!

I'm also having the issue on my galaxy 21+, spaces view is broke and the nest wired doorbell isn't working right anymore either (issue started at the same time)

Same issue here. Cameras are fine and show feed individually when tapped but not on spaces. Turning spaces off and then on again, shows camera image with spinning blue circle but I think it is just an artiface when switching back . If you restart app then you are once again back at black screens with spinning blue circles in spaces. What are we paying for? Why would I want to migrate to Google when you break what has already been working fine?

Yep.Remember we are paying for this.We should all get a credit since downtime started 12-12,maybe a tad earlier for some.Would like to be able to go to last version,but i tried someones apkmirror.com,but my phone wont allow...
