If the cameras were last connected to the same Wi-Fi network that the customer tries to pair them to, they need to change their Wi-Fi network's Service Set Identifier (SSID) before they start to pair them again. Otherwise, if they plug the camera back in without changing their Wi-Fi network details, the cameras reconnect to the server and block the Bluetooth pairing process.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Give these steps a try::&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Unplug the camera(s).&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Wait at least 48 hours (2 days).&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Before the pairing process, change the Wi-Fi network SSID.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Important: These steps disconnect any devices that are currently connected to the Wi-Fi network.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Plug the cameras back into a power outlet and connect them to the account using the new Wi-Fi network SSID.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Once they're paired, change the Wi-Fi network SSID back to the original SSID.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Use the Nest app to update the camera's Wi-Fi settings to reflect the original SSID.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Keep us posted.&lt;/P&gt;
