Intruders with balaclavas have smashed my Nest Hello Doorbell.

How can i get it fixed. Is there replacement camera parts available

Unfortunately, Google Nest does not sell spare parts.

You could try contacting Support (https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp) to see if they can help.

I have competed the form three times now. Never received a response back.

Suspect Google can't help me. Disappointing to hear you can get parts. Even more disappointing that Google can't reply back.
