I'm having an issue with no sound when I have Bluetooth enabled on my phone I do get sound when I turn off Bluetooth please help Thanks in advance

If your getting no sound on the phone because it is connected to some bluetooth device, and that is where the sound is playing. When you turn bluetooth n the phone should say which device it is connecting to.

The strange thing is that it's only connected to my watch for calls now I'm also now noticing that the volume is controlling the in call volume 🤔

If you power down the watch, does the problem go away?

So after messing around with it....I figured out there is sound however it comes from the earpiece as if I were on a phone call regardless if the Bluetooth is on or not is this how it supposed to work? I don't remember if it was always like that
