Why does the new outdoor battery nest cam not show up on my Nest App?

Looks like several other users are having this problem. Links are below:

I bought the new Google Nest Cam Outdoor/Indoor Battery model that was recently released. I added it via the instructions to my Google Home App. I can view the video without issue.

However, the new nest cam does not appear on my Nest App.

How do I get it to appear on my Nest Mobile App or the Nest Web?

Any plans to make it start appearing in the nest app? Any ETA? Didn't expect such a close ended response from specialist. As customers, we all look for consolidation of products across the board in single place/app, and nest app is one such automatic choice for nest products.

I just installed Nest Cam Battery, and cannot view it in my Nest Apps. Apparently according to this community... it will never appear in Nest apps. Really unexpected.

I bought these for an integrated solution and they don’t even work with your own app how dumb is that now I have to wait for an update better idea I’ll take it back

When do you plan on correctness deficiency I can’t believe that you guys put out a product that has the name Nest on it and it doesn’t work with your own app

Absolutely ridiculous these cameras should work in the nest app for convenience reasons now I have to use the stupid google home app that takes longer to use. Wake up guys and listen to your customers
