Nest Outdoor Cam glass broken

The glass lens fell off my Nest Outdoor Cam. This all started with the lens itself fogging up while it was outside, even though I have the unit covered.

Can I get a replacement for the the glass piece? I don't know what holds the glass in place, but I need to know how to keep the glass from falling off the camera.
