I’m having issues setting up a battery camera in the Bahamas. Getting an error “problem connecting to cloud “. Any advice?

Thanks for reaching out. Since Nest Cam (Battery) isn't officially launched in the Bahamas, some features may or may not work. Our team is working hard to bring our products to more regions and we'll take this as feedback.
