Nest doorbell battery

I have zones set up, I just received a package. Didn’t get notification of person package. I go outside camera doesn’t turn on. I have to ring doorbell then I get notification. I have known,unknown persons set up. Why didn’t I get notification? Also another problem I’m having, since I added my wife, I receive nothing she gets all the notifications. Shouldn’t we both get them??

I am having same problem. Camera worked fine for two months. Now the camera goes idle and I am not getting notifications unless doorbell is ring. Tried resetting but still idle. I should have kept my Ring doorbell

Hey there,

Thank you for bringing up the concern you're experiencing, I would love to look into this further for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
