      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;no I have to wait 2 weeks for the Geek guy to come out . I can barely reach to the top of my nest camera &amp;amp; can’t feel anything like a restart button. The unit is jammed against the soffit &amp;amp; I can’t go up on a ladder. I’ll just wait for my appointment, it’s no charge anyway because it’s under warranty &amp;amp; I have a Geek Squad contract.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;thanks for asking. My neighbor came over &amp;amp; showed me how to pull the camera off its magnetic mount. He pushed the reset button, I recharged the battery, &amp;amp; just like that it was lights, camera, action!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
