Nest Camera still offline after Comcast work in area all day.

Comcast worked in area all day; no internet until 5PM. TV, landline, devices all connected now. Nest camera still says offline. How do I (75 year old woman) get it back online?

Thank you for bringing up the concern you're experiencing, I would love to look into this further for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. no I have to wait 2 weeks for the Geek guy to come out . I can barely reach to the top of my nest camera & can’t feel anything like a restart button. The unit is jammed against the soffit & I can’t go up on a ladder. I’ll just wait for my appointment, it’s no charge anyway because it’s under warranty & I have a Geek Squad contract. Thanks for trying.

thanks for asking. My neighbor came over & showed me how to pull the camera off its magnetic mount. He pushed the reset button, I recharged the battery, & just like that it was lights, camera, action!
