Doorbell Mount issue

Hi my doorbell keeps saying remount device to see live or events. My builders threw away the Mount and attached it without it. Can I use google doorbell without the Mount?

You may be able to solve this by changing the mount type in the Home app:

Open the Google Home app.
Touch and hold your device.
At the top right, tap Settings and then Device information and then Camera mount.
Select an option to change the type of mount you’re using.

Step 3 is not available when I click on device information. Camera mount is not showing.

Strange. It might help then to reset the camera and select the type of mount you're using during the setup process.
