Wireless Doorbell

My doorbell (wireless) hooked up fine and gets all the video and photos. The problem is, unless I’m sitting staring at my phone, which is rare, I don’t see the information until the person is gone. There is no audible ring or other distinct notification on my phone. Is that normal and, if not, how do I fix it?

Sorry to hear you're missing events, or visitors. I believe that Activity Zones will help you out in this situation. You can learn more about them here. I hope you find the article helpful.
