Notification Delay

I have a nest cam doorbell battery. When I first got it notification were instant to phone and all google home. As time has passed they have slowed. Now ringing the door bell is a 18s delay before the google homes announce and seeing a person/animal or package is 2 to 3 minutes before notice to my phone. I have a mesh network. Plenty more spaces. Fast internet both up and down (50/450 mbps). One of the mesh hubs is 3 feet away from the door. My phone is getting nearly full speed on wifi beside the doorbell. I dont think it's my network. It's also always that slow now regardless of reboot of any part nor time of day.

How can it be made instant again?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. Is this happening on a specific time of day or event that the issue is happening? Did you make any changes to your Wi-Fi network? Let's check your mobile device settings:

1. Background app refresh is on.
2. Do Not Disturb is off.

3. Google Home app and phone OS are up to date.
4. Turn off and on your phone's Wi-Fi

To isolate this — use your phone's mobile data to see if it happens the same.
