Replacement back plate

The backplate to my nest hello doorbell was broken by someone attempting to rip the doorbell off the wall. Can I get a replacement anywhere?

Hi AndyR,

The Google Store doesn't have the backplates for the Hello. I do think there are third party ones available and you may want to chat/call support. They may know exact sources.

All the third party ones are cosmetic and say you need the original mounting plate - I have a similar issue and google does not offer a replacement mounting plate - I went a crazy way and used construction adhesive to secure it - it’s never coming off unfortunately

It seems you can't buy the mounting plate, but I contacted Google Customer Support, they asked me for the serial number of the doorbell, confirmed it was still under warranty, and said they'd send out a free replacement. Arrived the next day!
