Camera connectivity

Need help: tired everything. I get all the way thru my camera set up and will not connect to to wifi. Yes, the phone I’m using to set up is connected to the same wifi that I’m trying to connect to.

What generation of camera do you have?

I had the same problem recently with a first generation doorbell camera; I upgraded to the second generation doorbell camara with the Google Home application and I have had a success, it connecting to my wifi and Home application.
