Static noise over camera video

I saw another post from a user but it was locked without resolution. When I watch live or recorded video from my indoor nest camera, the white noise static is incredibly loud. Is there any way to fix this or suggestion to minimize the static being picked up?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. Did this issue occur out of the box? If not, when did you notice the problem? Does the issue occur on multiple mobile devices or cameras? Is the audio issue persistent or intermittent? If intermittent, how often does it happen? Also, have you tried any troubleshooting steps to fix this? Keep us posted.

Hi! It did not occur out of box, the audio used to be clearer for sure. I noticed the issue several months ago possibly even a year. It’s the only audio device set up so I can’t listen for static elsewhere. I recently moved and reset the camera and the static sound persisted between both homes. The sound is persistent.
